Due to the covid-19 outbreak we have adapted our cancellation policy during these uncertain times. So if you wish to keep dreaming of that epic powder holiday you can book your stay with us without putting down a deposit at the time of booking. A 30% deposit will be required 60 days before arrival and remaining payment 30 days before your stay. Hopefully this will give us all time to see how things unfold over the next few months.

Please respect our property and your co-guests, there are not many rules but the following are important things to note.

Check In – 3pm
Check Out – 10:00am
If you arrive early you can leave your luggage at Mountain Hut but we take no responsibility for luggage that is stored before the official check in time of 3pm
Terms and Conditions
Deposits: Your credit card details and a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. If paying via credit card you will incur a 2% surcharge.
Length of stay: Bookings for any room style must book a 3-night minimum stay. There is no daily room service and lodge rooms will not be cleaned for stays 7 nights or less. Guests staying longer than 7 nights will be serviced every 5 days.
Booking Balance: The remaining balance of your booking is to be paid in full 14 days before your arrival and is non-refundable.
Cancellations: You will be charged your full booking balance if you cancel or make any change your booking within 14 days before arrival. Any no shows will be charged the full balance of their stay and any other changes made to your booking may be approved subject to availability.
Payment methods: All major credit cards are available Visa, MasterCard, Amex (surcharge applies), PayPal, direct bank transfer and cash.
Travel Insurance: Mountain Hut Myoko shall not be liable for any loss/damage to guests’ valuables/personal property. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
Rules: We ask that you respect the environment, our lodge, and other guests. Please use appropriate bins for rubbish and keep all common areas clean and tidy. If using our kitchen all dirty items and utensils must be cleaned and put away. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor smoking area and dispose of cigarettes butts in ashtrays provided. We all enjoy a party from time to time but ask you to be mindful of excessive noise that may disturb other guest and neighbours. Damage to the property or un-hygienic behaviour may incur additional fees.
